Jamel Williams, Nebraska, S
6-2, 210 lbs

Williams played linebacker at Nebraska, but is projected to play inside safety in the NFL. He had some knee problems in high school but has become one of the top defensive players in the nation over the last two seasons. If Williams can make the transition, he will be a dominating safety. He has the speed (4.5 in the 40), and most scouts are confident he can succeed. Still, there are too many question marks surrounding Williams for him to become a first round selection.
